Common Fleur is an all-female shared house based on the concept of fun and safe living for seniors and foreigners. The 60-year-old apartment building has been completely renovated and opened in June 2021.
It is a 6-minute walk from the nearest station, Nagai Station on the Midosuji Subway Line. From Nagai station it takes 7 minutes to Tennoji, 14 minutes to Namba and 23 minutes to Umeda.
There are supermarkets, convenience stores and a 100 yen store nearby, so shopping is not a problem. In front of the station is Nagai Park, where various events are held, so you can enjoy your holiday without having to go far.
There are 9 rooms in the hostel. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. The toilet, shower and laundry room are shared by 3 people, so it never gets crowded.
No guarantor is required at the time of contract.
You will have a roommate who is like a mother, so you can feel comfortable even if it is your first time coming to Japan.
