*Applies only if you stay for 6 months or more.

If you move out within 6 months, you will be charged the discounted amount (¥20,000).

Before moving in, we require your signature on a pledge regarding the campaign conditions.

Additionally, if you switch from a short-term to a long-term stay and your total stay reaches 6 months, you will also be eligible for this campaign.
In that case, ¥20,000 will be refunded to you after 6 months.
