Not only can you keep a room on hold for longer than usual, if you move in on the Early Discount campaign within December 2018, you will get 30,000 yen worth of PAO points, 20,000 PAO if you move in January, and 10,000 if you move in February! (The points will be gifted the month after you move in)

Early Discount Campaign / Terms of Use
・The Early Discount campaign is only offered at select houses.
・Initial fee payment is required upon reservation (contract fee + daily calculated rent)
・Available houses and period of the Early Discount campaign may change without notice.
・Early Discount campaign not available to those who are already Oakhouse residents who move to a house where Early Discount is offered.
・For a 2-person contract there is an extra fee of 20,000 yen per month.
・If you cancel the reservation for the Early Discount campaign, a cancellation fee will be charged as per the Early Discount campaign cancellation policy.
